Branding 10,000 lakes is a very ambitious personal project by designer Nicole Mayer in which she aims to create a logo for each lake in Minnesota.
“Lake logos have a tendency to be, well, fairly ugly. This project was created to rethink what they could be.
One Minnesota Lake. One Logo. Everyday.
Should only take a little over 27 years to hit ‘em all. Stay tuned and enjoy!” - Nicole MayerPersonally I think branding a lake would be pretty damn difficult, there isn’t much to go on! Lucky some of the ones she has done have interesting names.
